Customer Service & Administration Apprentice

Are you a school leaver looking for your first step into the world of work? Do you enjoy helping people, learning new skills, and working as part of a team? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We are a busy and welcoming dental practice based in Yate, offering an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service & Administration Apprentice, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside experienced team members. Your duties will include:

Answering and directing telephone calls
Responding to emails and enquiries
Providing excellent customer service to patients
Preparing and sending documents
Maintaining accurate records
Supporting the day-to-day running of the practice
Carrying out general administrative tasks
