Regional Sales Manager
South West (Home-Based)

Cross Rental Services are recruiting for a hungry, highly competitive sales professional who lives for new business development, smashing targets, and winning new customers.

This is not a maintenance role. Its a business development position at the heart of our regional growth strategy. Youll own the South West territory, proactively hunt new opportunities, convert them, and build long-term revenue streams while strategically growing an existing account base.

We are looking for candidates with proven B2B sales experience, regardless of sector, who can bring fresh thinking and a different perspective to our sales growth strategy.

What Youll Do:

Drive regional revenue growth through proactive identification, qualification and conversion of new business opportunities
Research target markets, generate your own high-quality leads and execute clear calls to action
Build and grow a portfolio of existing customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction
Develop and deliver structured sales plans with clear, measurable targets that you are determined to exceed
Ensure every opportunity meets margin expectations and contributes to overall profitability
Work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal teams to support key account growth
