Job Overview

PSG are a leading provider of crane hire and contract lifting services. We own and operate a market leading fleet of mobile and crawler cranes up-to 800te

We are seeking a experienced CPCS crane supervisor to join our growing team based out of Aberdeen but supporting projects across the north east.

Responsibilities

Ensuring lifting operations are carried out safely and in accordance with the lift plan and relevant regulations.
Briefing the lifting team (crane operator, slinger/signaller, and other personnel) before work starts.
Checking that the correct crane and lifting accessories are being used for the task.
Verifying ground conditions and site safety, including exclusion zones and overhead hazards.
Coordinating lifting activities to prevent conflicts with other site operations.
Monitoring weather and environmental conditions that could affect lifting safety.
Ensuring personnel follow the lift plan and safe systems of work.
