Full job description

Trivaro Partners is recruiting for an experienced Welder to join the fabrication team of a well-established global manufacturer specialising in large-scale crop processing equipment. This role involves the fabrication and assembly of grain dryers, agricultural machinery, and associated sub-assemblies to a high standard of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality welding on mild steel across a range of material thicknesses.
Manufacture and assemble machinery, components, and sub-assemblies in line with engineering specifications.
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately and work independently.
Carry out fitting and assembly tasks, including component alignment, shaft fitting, and drive installation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety standards.
Maintain high levels of workmanship, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in welding, preferably within a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings without supervision.
Mechanical fitting and assembly experience.
Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physically fit and capable of working on large-scale fabricated structures.
