Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Excellence

Provide professional support to customers through email, telephone, and live chat while delivering timely, accurate, and courteous assistance.

Issue Resolution

Investigate customer concerns, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently while keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Relationship Management

Build trust with customers by understanding their needs, maintaining positive interactions, and delivering a consistently high standard of service.

Process Improvement

Identify recurring customer issues, recommend improvements to internal processes, and contribute ideas that enhance the overall customer experience.

Documentation

Maintain accurate customer records, update case notes, and ensure all communications comply with company policies and service standards.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with colleagues across operations, administration, and client services to deliver seamless support and achieve departmental objectives.

What We Are Looking ForExperience

At least 2 years of experience in customer service, client support, business services, or a similar customer-facing role.

Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly, professionally, and confidently.

Technical Skills

Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and modern digital communication platforms. The ability to learn new software quickly is highly valued.

Problem-Solving

A proactive mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve customer issues calmly while maintaining attention to detail.

Organization

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising service quality.

Pay: £34,420.00-£38,434.98 per year
