About Us

We are a growing and ambitious lettings and property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants. We're looking for an organised, motivated, and proactive Property Manager & Property Lister to join our team and help support our expanding portfolio.

The Role

This is a varied role combining property management with property listing responsibilities. You'll be responsible for managing tenancies, maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring our available properties are marketed professionally to attract quality applicants.

Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Management

Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties.
Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
Arranging maintenance and repairs with contractors.
Coordinating property inspections and preparing reports.
Handling tenancy renewals and move-ins/move-outs.
Managing compliance requirements including gas safety, EPCs, EICRs and other statutory obligations.
Resolving maintenance issues efficiently and professionally.
Liaising with contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard.

Property Listing

Visiting properties to take high-quality photographs and videos.
Writing engaging property descriptions.
Creating and uploading listings to property portals.
Ensuring listings are accurate, compliant and attractive.
Updating and refreshing listings where required.
Working with the lettings team to maximise enquiries and viewings.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems).
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Professional and confident manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

Previous experience in property management, lettings or estate agency.
Knowledge of UK lettings legislation.
Experience using property software such as Alto, CFP, Reapit or similar.
ARLA qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
