Full job description

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced fundraising professional. The Foundation team is at an exciting moment, having grown philanthropic income for the past five years and being only one year away from the delivery of the keystone project within our campus masterplan, the construction of two new boarding houses. The need for the Foundation has never been greater, and the team have ambitious targets.

This role will be expected to deliver quick impact against clear termly and annual targets with the support of the rest of the Foundation Team.

Working with the Foundation Director and Engagement Manager you will create and implement a highly ambitious set of fundraising strategies that support the school’s short, medium, and long-term vision.

To be successful in this role you will have relevant qualifications coupled with a genuine passion for fundraising, and demonstrable success in managing and growing donor relationships. In addition, you will be a team player with a positive “can do” attitude, flexible approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Previous experience within an educational setting would be an advantage but is not essential.
