We're delighted to offer a rare opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Pine Lodge.

At Pine Lodge, we provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual. We specialise in dementia care, end-of-life care, Parkinson's, stroke support, and autism.

For us, care goes beyond meeting essential needs. We help the people we support continue enjoying the things that matter most, whether that's spending time with pets, taking part in hobbies and social activities, or maintaining as much independence as possible.

The Role

We are looking for a full-time Senior Care Assistant to join our small, supportive, and welcoming team.

Available shifts:

8:00am – 2:00pm
2:00pm – 8:00pm
8:00am – 8:00pm

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will:

Administer, order, monitor, and record medications in line with policies and procedures.
Liaise with GPs, district nurses, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.
Support the smooth running of each shift and ensure all care tasks are completed to a high standard.
Provide guidance and support to care staff.
Participate in our on-call rota (approximately one weekend per month), including providing telephone support and covering sickness where required.
Deliver outstanding, person-centred care while promoting dignity, independence, and choice.
