Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and love working in a team? If so, we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you here at Biggleswade Vets for Pets!

This is a part time role working 23 hours per week over 2 mornings and 2 evenings a week and will include an alternating weekend rota of a Saturday and then a Sunday.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and friendly experience for our clients and their pets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Offering exceptional service to clients and ensuring the best care for their pets, acting as the link between clients and our clinical team.
Building strong, trusting relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team.
Creating a positive and memorable client experience, ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.
Welcoming clients, managing payments, and confidently scheduling future bookings.
Coordinating the practice’s day-to-day routines through our online booking system (computer literacy is essential).
