Willow Weaver – Join Our Skilled Craft Team

Westonzoyland (rural location – own transport required)
Full-time | Monday–Friday | 45 hours per week

Are you looking to build a long-term career in a sustainable, hands-on craft environment?

Musgrove Willows is growing, and we are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our friendly team of coffin weavers. No previous experience in willow weaving is required — we provide full training.

This is a physically active role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and thrives as part of a supportive team.

What the role involves:

Weaving handcrafted willow coffins
Working on your feet for extended periods
Manual handling and physical tasks
Maintaining high quality standards
Working as part of a focused and supportive production team
Opportunities to work on additional projects as further skills are developed

What we’re looking for:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Comfortable with physical work and manual tasks
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to learn a skilled craft
Team player mindset

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday
7:45am – 6:00pm (with regular breaks)
45 hours per week

Pay & Progression:

Starting rate: Adult National Minimum Wage

Following successful completion of training, there are opportunities for pay progression based on performance, skill development, and contribution to the team.
