Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting with breakfast service, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, providing memorable experiences for our visitors while developing valuable hospitality skills.

Duties

Welcome guests warmly and take their orders accurately
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
Assist in setting up dining areas before service and clearing after
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of service stations and dining spaces
Replenish stock levels of food, beverages, and utensils as needed
Handle customer enquiries courteously and efficiently
Follow health and safety regulations at all times
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is advantageous but not essential
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Good organisational skills with attention to detail
Basic knowledge of food hygiene standards is desirable
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Pay: £12.71 per hour
