The Role

No two days are the same. As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people to achieve their ambitions and develop essential life skills.

Your role will include:

Supporting young people with education, employment and future aspirations
Delivering meaningful keywork sessions and supporting personal development goals
Encouraging independence and confidence in everyday life skills
Supporting attendance at appointments and engaging with wider professional networks
Building positive relationships while providing consistent guidance and encouragement
Responding effectively to individual needs and changing circumstances

Shift Pattern (FT 2 on 4 off)

12:00pm – 12:30pm the following day
Including a sleep-in period from 11:00pm – 8:00am

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with young people
A Level 3 qualification in a relevant area, or a willingness to work towards this
A genuine passion for supporting young people to reach their potential
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
The right to work in the UK (We are unable to offer Visa sponsorship)
