Full job description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team - part time role. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and providing administrative support to the dental team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and welcoming attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
Collect payments from patients and provide accurate receipts.
Ensure that the reception area is clean and organized.
Assist the dentist with administrative tasks.

Our Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication both in Polish and English.
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent accuracy/attention to detail.
The ability to work well with others.
Well-mannered with a can-do-attitude.
Candidates should be proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, should have competent keyboard skills(full training provided if necessary)
Experience in a similar role welcomed.

Our offer:

Part-time employment of up to 15 hours per week, including Saturdays
Regular working time 8:45AM - 5PM.
Full Training provided.
£400 dental bonus for a successful candidate, after successfully passing the probation period.

Start: ASAP

DBS check is required for the successful candidate.
