About Our Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Learning & Development Specialist to play a key role in delivering our Learning & Development plan across the business. Working closely with the L&D Business Partner, you’ll help drive a strong culture of performance, learning and personal development.

This is a delivery‑focused and hands‑on role, with a strong administrative and coordination element. You’ll work across all areas of the organisation, building a deep understanding of our systems, processes and how they connect, while supporting leaders and colleagues with high‑quality learning solutions.

What we are looking for

Proven experience delivering Learning & Development solutions
Strong digital capability with a future‑focused mindset
Confidence working with leaders and managers at all levels, balancing commercial awareness with a people‑centred approach
A proactive, organised self‑starter who enjoys driving delivery and change
Excellent stakeholder management, relationship‑building and coaching skills
Ability to manage both strategic initiatives and day‑to‑day operational activity
Good understanding of relevant employment and data protection legislation
A natural curiosity about emerging people themes and external L&D trends, and how these can add value to the business
