babyballet® North Surrey specializes in providing engaging and fun dance classes for young children, fostering creativity, confidence, and physical development through a structured syllabus tailored for preschoolers. Our mission is to inspire a love of dance in every child while maintaining a friendly and professional environment.
Summary

We are looking for a fun, bubbly, and enthusiastic dance teacher to lead babyballet classes at all levels on Saturday mornings in Weybridge, Surrey. This role is vital in delivering our creative syllabus to children aged 18 months to 6 years, helping them develop their love for dance and movement.
Responsibilities

Teach babyballet classes according to the established syllabus to children aged 18 months to 6 years.
Create a fun and engaging environment that encourages young children’s participation.
Maintain punctuality and professionalism during all classes.
Ensure the safety of all children by adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress.
Prepare lesson plans and organize class activities.
Drive to class locations using personal transport.
Complete necessary background checks such as DBS certification.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching preschool children.
Own transport and a valid DBS certificate.
First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it prior to start.
Relevant dance or teaching qualifications are preferred; specific babyballet training will be provided.
Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, and punctual.
Previous experience working with young children is advantageous.
