Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Bar Staff to join our team. Whether you have previous hospitality experience or are looking to start a career in the pub industry, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and customer areas
- Restock bar supplies and assist with cellar or stock duties where required
- Follow licensing laws, health & safety, and food hygiene procedures
- Work collaboratively with the wider front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with customers
- Ability to work well in a busy environment and under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
