About Us

Serenescapes Landscaping specializes in creating tranquil, high-end outdoor environments that blend natural beauty with thoughtful design. We are passionate about transforming outdoor spaces into serene escapes, with water features playing a central role in many of our projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Water Feature Builder to join our team. This role involves designing, constructing, and maintaining custom water features such as ponds, waterfalls, fountains, and streams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in landscaping or construction, a strong work ethic, and an eye for aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Construct and install water features including ponds, waterfalls and fountains
Interpret design plans and collaborate with designers to ensure accurate execution
Prepare sites through excavation, grading, and base installation
Install liners, pumps, filtration systems, and plumbing components
Incorporate natural stone, plants, and decorative elements into builds
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing water features
Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations
Communicate effectively with team members and clients on-site

Requirements

Proven experience in landscaping, construction, or water feature installation
Knowledge of plumbing systems, pumps, and filtration equipment
Ability to operate machinery such as mini excavators and power tools
Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Attention to detail and craftsmanship
Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience specifically with ponds, aquascaping, or aquatic ecosystems
Familiarity with electrical components related to outdoor installations
Creative problem-solving skills and design awareness
