Full job description

Reports to:

COO / Head of Marketing

Directly responsible for the line management of:

Social Media Team.

Job Purpose:

This role will take responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the Social Media platforms for accounts management. You will be managing the social media team, scheduling posts and organising the team structure to ensure full cover with TikTok Lives and adequate posts scheduling

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage the Social Media team to schedule and create engaging content
Work alongside the Social Media team to find, engage and recruit new affiliates and ambassadors
Manage a proportionate amount of affiliates and ambassadors to ensure they are posting on a regular basis
Create strategies on how to increase likes, engagement, and exposure on all social media platforms.
Monitor team performance and set KPIs for improvements on each of our social platforms

Working Pattern

On-site and work from home which will include evening and weekends

Experience

At least 2-3 years experience in social media

Experience with using capcut or alternative editing software

Management experience of social media or other marketing teams

Ability to create a good plan and prioritise tasks

Desirable

Competent using a camera

Practical knowledge of IT packages e.g. office 365, Microsoft teams, excel, we transfer, Hootsuite is desirable

Knowledge of CBD products

General knowledge of Meta Business Suite

Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to accept criticism
