About Us

Everwarm Plumbing Ltd is a growing, family-run plumbing and heating business based in Keynsham. With over 250+ 5⭐ reviews, we pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism, and delivering a quality service to our customers across Bristol and Bath. Our vision is to build a trusted, systems-driven plumbing company that customers can rely on — and that subcontractors enjoy working with.

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Subcontractor Plumber to join us on a subcontract basis, to help us during busy periods. You’ll be working independently on a variety of jobs, including:

Small plumbing maintenance (taps, toilets, leaks, radiators, etc.)
Boilers services and repairs
Some installations (bathrooms, radiators, boilers, etc.)
Completing 2–3 smaller jobs per day or 1 larger project, depending on schedule

What We Offer

£250 day rate (8am-4.30pm), paid weekly
Scope for higher rates of pay once established and trained on quoting/invoicing
Potential for more work as the business grows
Well-organised systems and job scheduling
A chance to be part of a respected and expanding local company with strong values
£300 day rate for weekend work.

Requirements

Experienced plumber (3+ years preferred) with strong maintenance and fault-finding skills
Independent problem-solving ability
Capable of making on-the-job decisions to keep customers happy
Able to identify and purchase required materials to complete jobs
Must be fully insured
Own van and tools
Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
Gas Safe not essential, but an advantage
Willingness to learn quoting/invoicing systems (training provided)
