Role Overview
The Maintenance Operative is an integral member of the team, responsible for completing all allocated maintenance tasks on-site and deliver excellent customer service to our residents
To provide an effective repairs and maintenance service across multiple blocks of apartments, with in the allocated cluster.
To undertake void turnaround works as required
Ensures the internal and external communal areas buildings – grounds and amenities meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
To support the Facilities Manager by completing building maintenance and plant room inspections requirements as directed.
