Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for service, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to standard recipes and presentation standards.
Engage with guests in a courteous and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
Restock bar supplies as needed, monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages.
Monitor guest behaviour to ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with licensing laws.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods, supporting overall venue efficiency.
Uphold health and safety standards, including proper handling of glassware and cleaning protocols.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service is advantageous.
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Good time management abilities to ensure timely service delivery.
A personable attitude with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create a welcoming environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or special events as required.
