To provide a quality service for the overview and operation of the Trust Computer-Aided Facilities Management system (CAFM)
Provide technical administrative support service to all members of the Estates team.
Aid the help desk/call logging function, working as a key member of a team that underpins Estates activities including the strategy and the delivery of the operational service to a high quality service level.
A dhering to policies, procedures and processes within service timescales, whilst operating in a busy and demanding environment.
Prepare and install new maintenance plans within the system. Monitoring existing plans for updating of tasks and frequencies as buildings change due to expansion or refurbishment and report to the Estates Managers monthly progress and compliance.
Manage, organise and oversee the day-to-day Evolution FM System Data base operation and maintenance. Providing historical evidence/reports to the Estates Officers/Manager as and when required.
Survey the existing and new Estate buildings and engineering services and associated equipment to identify and update and maintain accurate information and records relating to Assets and the Asset Base.
Assign weekly PPM work dockets after checking the plan and carrying out any minor alterations required.
Deputise in the Management for the provision of the progress desk service, producing monthly audit reports to ensure an excellent service is provided.
Attend and participate in monthly department meetings and completing any given action plans with the dedicated timescale.
To place/receipt orders for the Estates department and other related areas, using the Trust approved Procurement system, by liaising with Suppliers for the lowest costings/deliveries etc.
