Full job description

Location and Shift: Sellafield, Seascale | Full-time | 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 7am to 3pm

We're looking for a Team Leader – Workplace Services who can manage a small team delivering accommodation services, furniture installations and office moves, ensuring high standards and excellent customer service across all tasks.

Role Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate a team of operatives, ensuring all work orders are completed accurately and on time
Oversee day-to-day schedules generated through Archibus, maintaining productivity and efficiency
Ensure all accommodation services, furniture installations and office moves are delivered to required standards
Maintain strong communication with office-based teams to meet customer expectations and contractual obligations
Promote a “right first time” approach while working in line with health & safety legislation and workplace KPIs

What we're looking for

Full, clean UK driving licence with C1 (essential)
Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills.
Proven organisational and people management skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to solve problems effectively
Physically capable of undertaking manual and potentially strenuous tasks
Some maintenance experience would be desirable.
