Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office and Human Resources Manager to lead our Administration and HR . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all office activities, developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to organisational growth by fostering a positive workplace culture and driving HR initiatives that support business objectives. The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in managing HRIS systems, analysing data, and providing strategic insights to senior management.

Responsibilities

Manage all office and administration activity e.g systems, record keeping, communications, etc.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organisational goals, including talent acquisition, retention, and development programmes.
Oversee the utilisation of HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes.
Manage recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to attract top talent efficiently.
Supervise the HR team, providing guidance on human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment and resolve workplace issues effectively.
Conduct data analysis related to workforce metrics, turnover rates, and other key HR indicators to inform decision-making.
Prepare and deliver presentations on HR performance metrics and strategic plans for senior management.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies across all HR functions.
Manage performance management systems and oversee employee appraisal processes.
Facilitate training programmes on HR policies, diversity & inclusion, and leadership development.

Requirements

Proven management experience within human resources, including supervising teams of HR professionals.
Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft.
Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analysis skills related to workforce metrics.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience in managing human resources functions within a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with employment legislation and compliance requirements across the UK.
Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, problem-solving, organisation, and leadership.
Human resources qualification or relevant professional certification is preferred but not essential. This position offers an engaging environment for a dedicated professional eager to make a significant impact within our organisation through innovative HR practices and leadership excellence.
