We are seeking a motivated graduate to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Assistant. Based in , this is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop practical engineering and operational improvement skills while contributing to the enhancement of our processes and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality across our operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to optimize workflows.
- Assist in root cause analysis of operational issues.
- Contribute to the development of schematics and technical drawings using CAD tools.
- Support fabrication and assembly processes to improve efficiency.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
- Document process changes and monitor their effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and process improvement principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Mechanical knowledge with exposure to fabrication or assembly processes.
- Familiarity with GD&T principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of plastics injection molding is a plus.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and safety standards.
