About the role

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Filleting and Processing: Accurately hand-filleting fresh fish to order or for commercial inventory, including cutting, descaling, skinning, and gutting.
Quality Inspection: Inspecting fish for freshness and quality, identifying any defects or issues before processing.
Yield Maximization: Expertly cutting fish to minimize waste and ensure maximum yield per fish.
Product Preparation: Preparing specialized cuts, such as pin-boning, butterflying, or customizing fish styles to meet customer needs.
Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe work station, including cleaning tools and machinery.
Full training given to the right candidate
