Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Level 2 Gym Instructor and become a vital part of inspiring and motivating members to achieve their fitness goals! In this energetic role, you will deliver engaging fitness sessions, provide expert guidance on exercise techniques, and support members in maintaining safe and effective workout routines. Your passion for sports coaching, teaching, and anatomy will help create a welcoming environment where everyone feels empowered to push their limits and enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while making a positive impact on our community’s well-being.

Duties

Provide clear instructions on exercise techniques, ensuring safety and proper form at all times
Assist members in designing personalized workout plans aligned with their fitness levels and goals
Monitor member progress, offering encouragement and adjustments to optimize results
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming gym environment that promotes safety and motivation
Support new member onboarding by demonstrating equipment use and explaining available services
Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, anatomy knowledge, and coaching methods to enhance service quality

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction, with a passion for motivating others
Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and safe training practices
Certification as a Level 2 Gym Instructor or equivalent qualification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to demonstrate exercises correctly while providing constructive feedback
Enthusiastic attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to connect with diverse members
Commitment to ongoing professional development in fitness training and coaching techniques
