The Role: New Business Adviser

As a New Business Adviser, you’ll be the driving force behind new business growth—building and nurturing relationships with brokers, generating enquiries, and supporting deals from first contact to submission. You’ll combine proactive outreach with retention efforts, ensuring every broker receives the highest level of service and engagement.

What you’ll do:

Proactively reach out to brokers, generating a high volume of quality enquiries.
Build and maintain positive, professional relationships to showcase Crystal’s strengths.
Support deal progression, working closely with underwriters and your team.
Record and track all activities in our CRM, ensuring every opportunity is maximised.
Contribute to team success through daily “Hussle Hours” and monthly success meetings.
Uphold the highest standards of compliance, data governance, and customer outcomes.
Embody Crystal’s core values and positive, can-do attitude every day.
