Job Summary:

Apex Digital Infrastructure Solutions Ltd is looking for a Head of IT Operations to lead and strengthen our technology operations while supporting business growth. What you'll do:

Lead daily IT operations and ensure the reliability of business systems and infrastructure.
Manage and support IT teams while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement IT operational strategies that align with business objectives.
Monitor system performance, security, and availability across technology platforms.
Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, system maintenance, and technology projects.
Work closely with business leaders to identify technology needs and deliver practical solutions.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational best practices.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and business continuity.
Support disaster recovery planning and operational risk management.

Requirements:

Previous experience in IT operations, infrastructure, systems administration, or technology management is beneficial.
Leadership or team management experience is an advantage.
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networks, cybersecurity, or enterprise systems.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering reliable technology services.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
