Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across various sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to sales. The successful applicant will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts and renewals
Develop customised solutions tailored to client needs, demonstrating product benefits effectively
Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using IT tools and CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proven experience in B2B sales environments with a track record of achieving targets
Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships
Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM platforms and MS Office suite
