Property Legal Secretary/PA

Location: Mansfield
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5pm (1-hour lunch)
Salary: £25,500.00

We are seeking an experienced Property Legal Secretary/PA to join our busy and well-established Head Office in Mansfield. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a law firm, ideally within the property sector, and will be confident supporting fee-earners with a wide range of administrative and client-focused tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Providing high-quality secretarial support to the property team
Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence
Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and handling telephone enquiries
Opening and closing files, conducting Land Registry searches, and dealing with SDLT forms
Dealing with Completion Statements and Invoicing
Liaising with clients, and other third parties
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard in line with the firm’s procedures

About You

Previous experience as a legal secretary within a law firm is essential
Experience within a property department is highly desirable
Strong typing and document production skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Confident communication skills and a proactive approach to work
Ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure
Attention to detail is a must
