Full job description

About us

We are Delta Security. We install, maintain and repair physical security such as gates, alarms, access control, shutters etc for a range of commercial organisations and residential providers. Geographically we cover Greater London.

There are never 2 days the same and the role will be enjoyed by an individual who likes to be challenged.

The hub:

Our offices are based in Hackney, east London (Zone 2). Working hours are Monday- Friday, 8am – 5pm.

The role:

This is a key role supporting the Installations Manager:

Liaising with the Installations Manager to prepare responses to customer queries.
Booking appointments
Answering phones.
Liasing with engineers to ensure jobs are promptly updated.
Monitoring and following up jobs awaiting customer responses.
Franking and taking post to Post office.
Raising jobs when needed (cover)
Updating customer job portals with progress
Generally supporting the team as needed – coffee runs, errands etc.

You will need:
Excellent organisational skills.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Willingness to be a team player, with the ability to work flexibly across different work areas.

Great problem-solving skills.

Be confident using Microsoft Office and IT in general.

Preferred experience, but not fundamental:

Customer services

Property/lettings
