Junior Bathroom Designer
Location: Braintree, Essex
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Saturday with one fixed weekday off each week, plus Sunday.

About Bowman Bathrooms
Bowman Bathrooms is a luxury bathroom design and installation company based in Braintree. We design, supply and install bespoke bathrooms throughout Essex, working with some of the world's leading bathroom brands.
We are looking for an ambitious Junior Bathroom Designer to join our growing team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for interior design, architecture, design, customer service or administration who wants to build a long-term career in the design industry.
No previous bathroom design experience is required. We will provide full training and ongoing support to help you develop into a skilled bathroom designer.
The Role
This is a varied role that combines design, administration and customer service.
You will work closely with our design team and management, learning how luxury bathroom projects are designed, specified and delivered from initial consultation through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting designers with live client projects
- Creating mood boards and design presentations
- Learning bathroom design principles and space planning
- Researching products, finishes and manufacturers
- Producing quotations and invoices
- Processing customer payments
- Answering incoming telephone enquiries
- Booking appointments and consultations
- Contacting clients regarding projects and appointments
- Updating internal systems and records
- Maintaining showroom displays and literature
- Supporting general showroom administration
- Assisting with supplier and manufacturer communications

Important Information
Saturday working is a permanent and non-negotiable requirement of this role as they are often our busiest day.
The successful candidate will work every Saturday as part of their normal working week and will have one fixed weekday off in addition to Sunday.
