Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager & Accounts Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and foster strong client relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic sales efforts, identify new business opportunities, and manage key accounts with enthusiasm and professionalism. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging their expertise to drive revenue and build lasting partnerships that contribute to the company's success.

Duties

Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of accounts.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to align strategies and maximize client engagement.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements while meeting company targets.
Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to identify opportunities for upselling or service improvements.

Skills

Proven experience in business development, sales management, or account management within a competitive environment.
Strong proficiency in CRM software platforms such as Pipedrive or similar tools for managing client data and sales activities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
Familiarity with CRM software integrations and data management best practices is highly desirable.
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.

Experience

You need to be able to demonstrate client targeting
Cold calling as well as dealing with inbound enquires
Growing accounts and taking ownership
Self disciplined and motivated to make money.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
