Full job description

Salary: £12,000 per annum (15 hours per week)
Full-Time Equivalent (FTE): £32,000 per annum (based on a 40-hour week)
Hours: 15 hours per week (flexible)

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded part-time coordinator to support the growth and oversight of a property portfolio, alongside business development activities within a mortgage brokerage.

This is not a day-to-day property management role. Instead, you will focus on portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities, and actively contributing to business growth, particularly through client acquisition on the finance side.

Key Responsibilities

Property Portfolio (Asset Management Focus):

Oversee the performance of a portfolio of properties managed by external letting agents and short-term rental operators
Liaise with agents/hosts to ensure properties are performing optimally (occupancy, pricing, maintenance standards)
Monitor income, costs, and overall returns across the portfolio
Identify opportunities to improve yield and support portfolio growth (e.g. acquisitions, strategy improvements)
Maintain organised records, reports, and documentation

Mortgage Brokerage (Business Development):

Support growth of the mortgage brokerage by generating and sourcing new client leads
Conduct outreach (email, phone, social, networking) to engage potential clients
Qualify leads and book appointments into brokers’ calendars
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead activity
Identify referral and partnership opportunities

General:

Provide administrative and operational support across both areas
Assist with process improvements and business organisation
Support ad hoc growth-focused projects

Potential to progress into a more senior role within property portfolio management or business development

Ideal Candidate

Highly organised and self-motivated
Commercially aware, with a strong interest in property and finance
Confident communicator, particularly in outreach and relationship-building
Comfortable working independently in a flexible, part-time environment
Experience in property, sales, or lead generation is beneficial but not essential

Pay: £32,000.00 per year
