Job Summary:

Parklands Services is a well-established, family-run, building company based in Wigan; providing construction, refurbishment & maintenance services.

We have an exciting opportunity for Maintenance Planners / Co-Ordinators to join our Reactive team & support a busy working environment.

Job Type / Category

Permanent full-time position.
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Inputting workload onto the database
Allocating workload to Operatives
Achieving KPI's
Updating / checking job progress and system notes
Progressing workload through to completion
Liaising with Clients, Managers, Operatives & Subcontractors
Managing Operatives on a daily basis

Essential Qualities:

Must be computer literate with a minimum of 12 months experience
Experience of managing schedules / diary systems
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Proficient in problem solving
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualities:

Experience of working on Epix Systems
Experience of working in a building company
