Full job description

Our sales team is expanding and we're looking for fantastic people to join us at our Leicester site. This is a stable, secure company with real career progression — managed by an experienced manager who is as focused on developing you as they are on results.

This is a front-facing sales role based at our Leicester site, where you'll play a key role in driving occupancy while delivering a standout student experience.

About Us

CODE Students is an award-winning private student accommodation provider, developing, building, and managing self-contained studio blocks in Leicester and Coventry, with exciting plans to expand to further cities across the UK. We care about our customers as much as we care about our team.

About the Role

Based across our Leicester site, you'll be the face of CODE for prospective and current residents — meeting customers in person, showing them around, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing sales enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
Conducting on-site and virtual viewings, converting leads into reservations
Proactively following up enquiries to maximise conversion rates
Supporting renewals, re-lets, and occupancy targets
Upselling room types and promoting CODE's key selling points
Processing tenancy applications, contracts, and payments accurately
Handling resident enquiries alongside sales activity
Working collaboratively with the site team to achieve occupancy goals

This role combines sales, customer service, and administration in a fast-paced student accommodation environment.

Is This Role Right for You?

Experience in sales, lettings, or customer-facing roles (property, hospitality, retail, call centre, or similar)
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and close
Target-driven mindset with strong follow-through
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Positive, resilient, and adaptable approach
Comfortable working in a structured, office-based environment
Right to work in the UK

Working Hours

40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
