Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
Manage behavior challenges with patience and effective behavior management techniques, especially for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's.
Provide transportation support when necessary, including driving clients to appointments or outings safely.
Monitor health status, report changes promptly, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly desirable.
Knowledge of patient care practices, including Alzheimer's, dementia, hospice, and senior care.
Certification or training in first aid and medication administration is preferred.
Have pre understanding, skill and knowledge of safe moving and handling in client care.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
Able to escort service users to their appointments independently.
Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional caregiving support.
