Full job description

Grounds Maintenance Operative

DTG Trees & Grounds Ltd is looking to expand our Grounds Maintenance team for the busy season ahead. Based from our Dawlish depot, we work across South Devon delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services to a wide range of commercial and domestic clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and wants to be part of a friendly and hardworking team.

Duties may include:

Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers
Hedge cutting and pruning
Weed control and spraying
General grounds maintenance duties
Keeping sites tidy, safe, and presentable
Working across a variety of commercial and residential sites

What we’re looking for:

Positive attitude and good customer service skills
Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
Full UK driving licence required
Must be over 25 for insurance purposes when driving company vehicles
Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture preferred but not essential
PA1 / PA6 spraying qualifications beneficial but not essentialWhat we offer:
