Aura Pilates Studios is opening this September, and we're looking for our Head Reformer Pilates Instructor to join us from day one.
This isn't just another instructor role.
We're looking for someone who wants to play a huge part in building Aura from the ground up. Someone who's passionate about coaching, genuinely cares about people and is excited by the opportunity to grow with the business.
As our Head Reformer Pilates Instructor, you'll be one of the key people responsible for creating the experience our members know and love. You'll help shape our culture, maintain the highest coaching standards and play an important role in the future of Aura.
The Role
As our Head Reformer Pilates Instructor, you'll be responsible for much more than teaching classes.
You'll help create an exceptional member experience, support the day-to-day running of the studio and play a key role in helping Aura grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional Reformer Pilates classes
- Creating an outstanding experience for every member
- Building genuine relationships with our community
- Maintaining the highest coaching standards across the studio
- Supporting the day-to-day running of Aura
- Working closely with the founders as the business grows
- Helping welcome and support future instructors as our team expands
This is a full-time employed position, averaging 40 hours per week.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: £28,000–£36,000 per year.
Starting salary dependent on experience, with regular salary reviews and performance-based bonuses as Aura grows.
This is an employed position, not self-employed or subcontractor work.
