Material Handler
Key Areas of Responsibility, Duties and Deliverables Expected:
Responsibilities:
-
Ensuring that the production area meets all legal requirements concerning Health and Safety.
-
Patrolling the cell to ensure that the company objectives on housekeeping are maintained.
-
Supporting production with issuing raw polymer material and BOP to production as required.
-
Responsible for cleaning hoppers and dryers in a safe and efficient manner.
-
Ensuring the material changes are happening on time as stated on P2P (Production Plan).
-
Supporting production with pre-drying material as required for the production plan.
-
Validating dryers are set up correctly and have the correct information filled out as required (temperature, batch number and timing).
-
Marking NCP correctly and returning it to the specified area.
-
Supporting raw material and BOP stock counts on the shopfloor and drop zones when required.
-
Progress chasing and escalating any roadblocks in getting raw material/BOP to MQA/Supervision.
General Responsibilities & Duties
