The Opportunity – Cardiff Area

We are seeking a RICS-qualified surveyor based in or covering Cardiff and surrounding areas to:

Carry out Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys
Work on a self-employed, consultant basis within your local postcode area

With strong demand in Cardiff, this is an excellent opportunity to build a consistent pipeline of work.

Role Responsibilities

Carrying out:
Level 2 Home Surveys
Level 3 Home Surveys
Producing high-quality reports using Scafol IO software
Providing clear verbal feedback to clients following inspections
Researching repair costs and property conditions
Delivering first-class customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

RICS qualified (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS)
Full UK driving licence
Strong IT skills (Word, report software)
Self-motivated and dynamic approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A customer-first mindset
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, empowering environment
Good knowledge of the Cardiff property market
