Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Staff Member to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your culinary skills within a professional environment, contributing to the delivery of exceptional experience. The position involves working in a fast-paced kitchen setting, supporting various food service operations, and ensuring smooth daily functions.

Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients
Cook and assemble items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
Support food preparation activities during busy service periods
Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly
Help with stock rotation, inventory checks, and storing ingredients correctly
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and high-quality service

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen environment or culinary setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
