Project Coordinator

Position Summary

Project coordinator provides essential administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role manages documentation, scheduling, communication, and office processes, serving as a key point of contact for internal staff and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, format, and distribute reports and correspondence
Generate paperwork for international deliveries
Maintain organised digital filing systems
Process invoices and purchase orders
Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries
Coordinate supply chain activities
Maintain databases, stock levels, contact lists, and internal records with accuracy and confidentiality

Qualifications and experience

Required:

1–3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or coordinator role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in Dynamics 365
Strong data entry and document formatting skills
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)

Skills & Competencies

Time management and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Customer service orientation (internal and external)
