Full job description

Tradelink Direct is one of the UK’s largest fabricators of PVC-U and aluminium Windows, Doors and Conservatories, based in March, Cambridgeshire. As one of the industry’s leaders, we offer our loyal customer base, a one stop shop, providing all their product needs from one place, whether it be standard white PVC, coloured foiled variations or even a timber alternative range.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team, based in Stoke on Trent. This role is essential in providing administrative support to the sales department, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts.

STRICTLY NO AGENCIES

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports and maintaining customer databases.
Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally presented.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with order processing to ensure timely fulfilment of client requests.
Maintain an organised filing system for contracts, agreements, and other important documents related to sales activities.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Experience

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports and maintaining customer databases.
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
