We are currently seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our passionate kitchen brigade at Lime Wood.

Lime Wood is a 33-bedroom boutique country house set in the heart of the New Forest National Park. It is laid-back 5* luxury at its best,with Chefs Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder at the helm of the kitchen and a wellness spa within the grounds.

About the role:

As Kitchen Porter,you will play a vital role in maintain the efficient set up and service of our busy kitchen.

Responsibilities include,but not limited to:

Cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen areas including floors / walls / surfaces
Regular emptying,cleaning and Maintenance of all bins and designated refuse areas
Correct application of cleaning apparatus and chemicals
Cleaning,organisation and storage of kitchen equipment and restaurant crockery

About you:

Experience working in a kitchen as a Porter or similar role is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Commitment and the ability to work in a busy,fast-paced environment is a must. All applicants must be able to work on their feet through their shift.
