About Us

The Warmer Group Ltd is a well-established energy efficiency company based in Ferndown, Dorset. We specialise in helping homeowners improve energy efficiency, reduce costs, and create healthier living environments.

With the introduction of Awaab’s Law, which places new responsibilities on housing providers to address damp, mould, and insulation issues, our social housing work has grown significantly. We are now looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator / Social Housing Coordinator to support this expanding area of the business.

The Role

This is a varied and important role within a small, friendly office team. You will help coordinate social housing projects, ensuring surveys and remedial works are scheduled efficiently and compliance requirements are met.

You will also support the day-to-day running of the office and provide general administrative assistance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner
Support the office team with daily administrative tasks
Schedule appointments and coordinate internal workloads
Maintain accurate records, including filing and document scanning
Prepare and send quotations & reports following completed surveys
Liaise with social housing providers, tenants, and homeowners
Assist with coordinating surveys and remedial works
Carry out general administrative duties as required

Skills & Experience Required

Previous office administration experience (essential)
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
Proactive and able to work independently
Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, 35 hours
