Task Management
Assembles and tests product to agreed engineering methods and processes
Complete surveys and repairs to agreed practices
Supports and conforms to Quality procedures to maintain compliance, by ensuring adherence to the defined processes and procedures.

Has an annual and interim PDR’s with Production Supervisor
Communication
Attends start of shift meeting with team to to understand the teams targets, any key issues / problems and any other communications (e.g. visits, health & safety issues etc)
Attends end of shift meeting with team to review the shift and if targets and performance measures have been met
Escalation of issues to Production Supervisor in timely manner
Understands and is able to perform a number of tasks within the team
Has completed a recognised apprenticeship or experience to equivalent depth, and or breadth. Able to demonstrate relevant experience within the skill group
