Chef de Partie

Linthwaite House – Leeu Collection

Are you a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie with a commitment to excellence? Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and take pride in delivering exceptional food using the finest ingredients? Linthwaite House is looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team for the season, at our stunning hotel overlooking Lake Windermere.

Chef de Partie Requirements:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up

Solid knowledge of fresh, seasonal produce and high-quality cooking standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen environment
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player mentality
Flexible availability
Live-in position

Responsibilities:

Run and manage your assigned section to a consistently high standard
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional dishes
Ensure food preparation and service meet the highest quality and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section in line with food safety regulations
Adhere to all health and safety and food hygiene standards
