Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrator & Order Processing professional to join our team. This role involves managing sales administration, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your organisational and administrative expertise within a dynamic environment.

Duties

Manage job leads and finances efficiently using CRM software and other relevant systems
Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Excel & through our CRM system to organise data for reporting purposes
Support sales administration activities, including updating customer information and processing transactions
Handle customer enquiries via email and phone, providing professional and timely assistance
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders and delivery schedules
Utilise Microsoft Outlook for scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups
Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Ensure organisational compliance with company policies and procedures
Help with other tasks that may be needed by the company on a day to day basis

Qualifications

Proven experience in administration or sales support roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with CRM software, Sage accounting system, or similar platforms is desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Good IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software applications quickly
Demonstrated customer service experience with a professional approach
Strong time management skills
Computer literacy including data entry, document preparation, and report generation

This role is ideal for candidates who are organised, proactive, and eager to contribute to a thriving team. Successful applicants will be expected to demonstrate their ability to handle administrative duties efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
